How long does processing take?
We process and ship all orders within 24–48 business hours. Then you get a tracking number by email.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship with the United States Postal Service. Also, a signature is required at delivery, so plan to be home or pick it up.
How long does delivery take?
Once we ship, domestic orders usually arrive in 1–5 days. International orders usually take 2–13 days, depending on the option and location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Simply place your order and choose a shipping option. However, import costs and taxes are paid by the customer.
Returns and warranty
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, as long as it is brand new and unused. A 25% restocking fee applies, and you pay return shipping.
What does the warranty cover?
Every Barber Rig has a lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. However, normal wear and tear or damage from misuse is not covered.
How do I file a claim?
Contact support with your order number and photos of the defect. Then we guide you through the next steps.

What fits in the rig?
Two clippers, four tools such as shears or combs, and four guards. Also, internal magnets help hold metal tools in place.
Are tools included?
No. The rig ships empty, so you load it with the tools you already use.
Who can wear it?
Barbers, hairstylists, beauticians and pet groomers. Because the straps adjust, it fits most body types.
