What the Barber Rig warranty covers
Quality matters to us. That is why every Barber Rig comes with a lifetime warranty on all manufacturing defects. In other words, if the rig fails because of how it was made, it is covered.
However, normal wear and tear is not covered. Also, damage from negligence or misuse falls outside the warranty.
- Covered: defects in materials or workmanship, for the life of the rig.
- Not covered: normal wear and tear from daily use.
- Not covered: damage caused by negligence, accidents or misuse.
How to file a Barber Rig warranty claim
First, send a message through the contact page and choose “Warranty claim.” Next, include your order number and a short description of the defect. Then we may ask for photos, so keep the rig handy.
Once we confirm the defect, we guide you through the replacement. Meanwhile, you can keep using your backup tools, because the rig itself is the only part we need to look at.
Most claims wrap up quickly, because the Barber Rig warranty is simple. In short, if we made it wrong, we make it right. Also, you never need a receipt from a store, since your order number is enough.
