Barber Rig shipping is simple: we process every order within 24–48 business hours, then USPS delivers it. Below you will find delivery times, costs and the 14-day return policy.
Barber Rig shipping times
We process and ship all orders within 24–48 business hours. Then you receive a tracking number by email, so you can follow the package on our order tracking page.
We ship with the United States Postal Service. Also, a signature is required at delivery. You can read how that works on the USPS signature confirmation page.
Domestic Barber Rig shipping
Once we ship, domestic orders usually arrive in 1–5 days. However, the exact time depends on the shipping option you choose and where you live.
International delivery
Yes, we ship worldwide. Once we ship, international orders usually arrive in 2–13 days. However, the customer pays all import costs and taxes.
Barber Rig shipping costs
We calculate shipping costs from the rates USPS gives us at the time of shipping. So the price you see at checkout reflects the live USPS rate. You can also compare current rates on the USPS price page.
Return policy
We refund any purchase within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date, minus a 25% restocking fee. However, the item must come back brand new, with no wear, tear, scratches, scuffs or signs of use.
All plastic coverings must still be on the metal pieces, such as the handle and internal magnets. Also, we do not allow buying a rig to try it out, because that counts as using it.
Who pays for return shipping?
You, the customer, pay all return shipping costs. Then we give you the return address, and the package must have a tracking number.
Can I return something I simply do not want?
Yes, you can. However, the rules above still apply, so the item must be new and you pay return shipping.
How to start a return
Send a message through the contact page and choose “Return request” as the topic. Also, include your order number so we can find your order fast.
