Domestic Order Shipping:

Once shipped, order delivery time can range from 1-5 days, depending on the shipping option you choose and your geographical location.

Return / Refund Policy

All purchases are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase, as long as the merchandise it returned in it’s original brand new condition and free of any wear, tear, scratches, scuffs, or indication of usage (Minus a 25% restocking fee).

ALL plastic coverings must still be present on the backpack’s metal pieces (the handle, the internal magnets, etc..). Removing the plastic coverings will make your Barber Rig ineligible for return.

We DO NOT allow purchasing a rig and “trying it out.” That is considered “using” the rig.

 

Who is responsible for paying for the return shipping?

You/the customer are responsible for return shipping all costs. We will provide the return facility address and you must return the product to us and the package must have a tracking number.

 

Can you return a product simply because you no longer want it?

Yes, you can! However, as indicated above. You/the customer are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

 

If your backpack is still brand new and within the 14th day or purchase, you may submit a return request below.

Warranty Policy

Yes, of course! Quality is pivotal to us!

All Barber Rigs come with LIFETIME warranty on all manufacture defects!

 

Simply contact support to file a warranty claim!

The warranty covers all manufacture defects, however normal wear & tear and/or negligence on your behalf is not covered.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes we do!
Simply place your order and select your desired shipping option! All import costs and/or taxes are to be paid by the customer.
